Whoopie Pie Book Club Basket Giveaway!

This past weekend Pam “Whoopie Pie” Jarrell hosted a Whoopie Pie book club event. Club members met in Berlin, Ohio and stayed for the weekend experiencing all that Amish country has to offer which included a meal in an Amish home and back road tour. They also got to meet several local authors who signed books along with Pam. Destination Amish added some wonderful books and bookmarks to the door prize basket that was given away on Friday. Thank you to all the publishers and authors who passed them our way! As each member arrived with anticipation for their Whoopie Pie Weekend, they were greeted with this cute basket full of goodies in their rooms. One of the Whoopie Pie Members, who were unable to attend this gathering, will be the winner of a basket just like this. Are you a member of this one of a kind book club?   7. Love all things Amish. I would love a visit to Lancaster PA, but am unemployed and just trying to keep it all together right now. The Amish lifestyle is something I envy. I was raised by a mother who believed living out in the woods from Memorial Weekend to one week before school was the best way to keep our heads on right. It worked. Love the country and things that don’t require power, noise or money. The best things in life come from the heart and God!

  70. I would love to win this basket of goodies. Before moving to Texas 3 yrs ago I lived about an hour away from Berlin Oh and would love to go back there. Holmes County is beautiful and the Amish are very friendly.

  105. I followed the exciting escapades of the Whoopie Pie Club all weekend. They looked like they were having sooo much fun. In my heart, I wish I could have been a part of such a wonderful weekend of fellowship with some wonderful friends. I have not read any of Sarah Price’s books and this would be a wonderful chance to do so. I am an avid reader of Amish Fiction and have read a lot of books over the years, but currently, I have not been able to keep up with all the new books that are being published.

  113. Wish I could have been in Ohio but maybe if yall come to Florida then I will be privileged to meet one of my fav authors. I am sharing this on Facebook so maybe my other friends will find as much pleasure in reading these books as I do. I have started my own gardens because of the writings that inspired me to do some of the things in the Amish wasys.
