Well, she has gone and done it again. Angela Braddock found another dead body. Poor girl. It’s like a mystery is always knocking at her door. This time around Angela was having a good time at the local Amish auction and bam…she stumbles upon Wanda Hunt who has met an untimely demise. Wanda had just got into a major confrontation with Rachel Miller, who is Angie’s good friend and now she is a goner. And well, she was still holding the blueberry fry pie that she purchased from Rachel. Rachel’s husband has been embroiled in a battle over a land zoning issue with Wanda and things were not going good for him. Possible motive for murder? Could a tainted fry pie be to blame? Was Wanda’s death an accident or something more sinister? And so it begins…
Sounds funny to say that I laughed throughout a book that’s called Murder, Simply Stitched but I did. There are so many scenes that will make you laugh, smile, and have you hailing Isabella Alan as the Queen of Cozy Mysteries. Her characters are so darn charming and loveable especially the pets. I fell head over heels in love with Oliver, the French bulldog in book one and he is even more adorable in this book. This story has everything we readers enjoy. Mystery, romance, suspense, and a feisty goat. Feisty goat you ask? Yes, Petunia the goat is a real scene stealer and quite the character. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this book. All I can say for sure is that I know you will fall just as in love with the characters as I did and maybe even solve a mystery along the way.
I am pretty excited for next book in the series, Murder, Served Simply and I have the cover to reveal for you. Don’t you just love it?
