I was recently asked to review some children’s books featuring Amish characters and their life on the farm. I agreed to read them because who doesn’t like a good picture book? The books are authored by two Mennonite sisters and are perfect for your youngsters to get a glimpse of life on the farm. I think readers will be delighted with the cute tales of Danny and Martha Fisher’s life. My favorite book was Prancer the Oatsmobile, which is about a horse who really loves his oats and I guarantee his antics will make you chuckle! Both books are super cute and will keep your little one completely engaged. Story-time just got better with two books that are sure to entertain them (and you) over and over!
The publisher of these adorable little books, Peggy Hartman-Shields, is giving away a copy of Chubby The Lawn Mower and Prancer The Oatsmobile!
