  1. It would be so hard for me to choose just one so I say we have a author convention meet and greet so we dont have to! I will be sharing. Thank you.

  2. I’m on the hot seat.
Either Bev Lewis, Wanda B, or Vannetta Chapman or Amy Clipston.
I have not read all the different authors yet, but
I’m sure they are just as worthy!!

  3. Shelley definitely is a favorite Amish fiction author. (I have so many!) I have read every single one of her Amish fiction books. Vannetta Chapman is another favorite Amish fiction author. I plan to go to a signing of hers on September 12th! I do hope I remember to take my camera.

I would love to win a copy of “Found.”

    Blessings!

  4. I would have a hard time choosing just one. If I did choose, I would say maybe Beverly or Wanda….they began the genre. Would love to win the books!

  5. Such a toss-up, I would have to start with Shelley, then Vanetta and Suzanne. Those would be my top 3 among them all.
I will also like and share on facebook. Thank you for this chance

  6. If I had to choose just one it would be Nancy Mehl. On fb she is so down to earth..Having said that I would also love to meet Shelly Shepard Gray and many others. They all have so much to offer…

  7. You ask if I could meet one author who would it be? How about one roomful of ALL my favorite authors. Each person writes in their own genre which sets them off from the other. For every Amish book I read, I find different angles are shown which makes it impossible to pick just one author. All my favorites write from the heart and put down the words that God gives them. God bless you all.

  8. I also liked and shared on facebook. Even though I would love to win, I want others to get the opportunity to win also. 🙂

  9. I hope it is fair that I am picking an author
from the past! I think Agatha Christie would
    have been interesting to meet..
Of course, being a big fan of Amish books, all
of the wonderful authors would be quite fun to
    visit with!
    Many thanks, Cindi

  14. You do pose a very difficult questions here. I am a fan of many authors and follow a lot of them on Facebook. I also love the novels of numerous authors and trying to choose a favorite would be difficult. However, I have been chatting online with author Karen Ranney for nearly a year now. I would like to say that we have become quite good friends. She is a fabulous author and a delightful woman. I would so like to meet her someday.

  30. I would have a hard time just picking one. I have not read a bad Amish Book yet which means that the writer’s are all very good!

  31. Hmmmm… How to choose? Presently, my fave is Shelley! My preference depends on who I’m reading at the time. But she’s my favorite right now because I have read the first 2 in this series and want to get the answer! Who killed Perry?

  32. Wow! To pick just one would be so hard. I really like Shelley, I also like Beverly Lewis, Wanda Brunstetter, Amy Clipston, Beth Wiseman, and the list goes on. For non-amish I would have to say Karen Kingsbury.

  39. I am reading tons of Beth Wiseman, Kathleen Fuller and Shelley Gray Shepherd right now. Excited for the end of this series.

  40. That is hard to say…I love reading Amish fiction. Beverly Lewis was the first one I ever read. So, she started my love for Amish fiction. That is different from the other Amish Fiction that I have read.

  46. I shared on Facebook 🙂 Living just across the river from Crittenden County, Kentucky, this series has special meaning to me.

  47. One of the first authors that I read and bought their books was Mary Higgins Clark. A few years ago I read her book on how she started writting out of necessity for income after her husband died; and how that has turned into a wonderful career. Ms. Shelley and her wonderful books came into my life in 2009 on a trip to the library. I’ve been hooked every since. Her writing gets you hooked within the first few pages, and you just can’t put the books down. I would love to meet either of the wonderfully talented women. I have so many questions to ask.

  48. I need to pick a”a” favorite authro. I can’t. There are so many I enjoy reading. I do love reading the Amish books.

  52. I would have to say Wanda Brunstetter since she was the first Amish fiction author I read, and that book introduced me to a whole new world of Amish fiction and authors. I now read and follow many including Shelley, Vanetta Chapman, Beverly Lewis, and many others who’s names are not coming to me right now.

  53. You are one of my favorite authors & I am trying to build up my collection. I would love to win any of your books. Keep up the good work…WRITE!

    Lynne Young
